The 3HR group, based in London, consists of a full-service law firm and a separate employee benefits consultancy. Our main focus is on international companies based in the UK - from start-ups to global organisations.

Our advice covers commercial law, employment law, immigration law, property law, HR, employee benefits, auto-enrolment pensions and international and domestic healthcare insurance. Either directly or with the support of our network partners, we currently assist our clients in around 35 countries.

GDPR Update — November 2018 


Since the GDPR came into force in May 2018, recent developments have taken place which have had far reaching and significant implications. The UK Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) has issued its first post-GDPR enforcement notice against a Canadian company, AggregateIQ Data Services Limited (“AIQ”). The ICO alleges that AIQ failed to comply with various provisions of the GDPR including the requirement to process data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. More
